In Paris, the late Sunday morning usually continues with a good, hearty brunch! Paris Select has tested BB Blanche for you, concocted by star chef Jean Imbert. Verdict.

As soon as you enter, you are immediately seduced by this former private mansion in a sumptuous setting and cozy atmosphere. Here, the refined decoration highlights soft and relaxing colors. Made up of exquisite food and gourmet, the brunch of the former top chef Jean Imbert, trained by the great Paul Bocuse, is very complete.

Between the savory sandwiches (cake, mimosa or beef tataki), side dishes - cocotte egg, mushrooms, arugula, carrot tartare, herb chips, leek salad and other delicious bites - and the pink praline brioches (to be enjoyed while sipping its detox juice) we don't know where to turn!

On the dessert side, we still dream of the chocolate waffle accompanied by her vanilla whipped cream maison and its little pot of hot chocolate, a real treat. Otherwise, you can also opt for the sublime panettone lost and to finish in style, a nice little fruit salad accompanies everything.

Most ? On sunny days, superb sunny terrace is super pleasant and in addition to being complete, the brunch remains very healthy and affordable (39€/person). In summary, no false note for this pretty spot!

BB, 21 Rue Blanche, 75009 Paris. Brunch €39, Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 16 p.m.
