Like an ode to the neighborhood in which it nestles, near 5000 books are scattered all over the restaurant. Big club armchairs, soft benches... We are immediately impregnated with warm spirit of the place. On the menu, the bistronomy classics French rub shoulders. Well-stocked salads, club sandwich to die for or even very good meats. It is also interesting to look at the daily specials of the chef Julien Deleury that adapt to the seasons. The desserts are the perfect touch at the end of a meal. And we can only advise you to taste the cheesecake. Whether you have an event to celebrate, any occasion is good to discover this inspiring address. One of the best restaurants in Paris!

Bouillon Racine

Located between the Latin Quarter and Odéon, the Bouillon Racine presents a superb Art Nouveau style. Perpetuating the unique atmosphere of Paris in the 1900s, we are first of all seduced by this magnificent decor. As for the stoves, it is Alexandre Belthoise who is in charge. For 15 years, he has played subtly between contemporary French cuisine and traditional dishes. À la carte, pumpkin velouté, delicious snails or even a sea bass tartare as starters. Then come the “serious things” and meat lovers will inevitably find their happiness with worked beef in all its forms. Filet, rib steak, tartare, but also a veal steak and duck breast with morello cherries... Seafood is also honored with the tuna steak, sea bass etc... In addition to the 90 references on their wine list, the establishment welcomes the same address, the Bar du Bouillon.

With its authentic decor, Bouillon Racine offers its visitors a real leap into the Paris of yesteryear.

Silencio of the Meadows

Nestled discreetly in Rue Guillaume Apollinaire, Silencio des Prés is original. While merging a chic restaurant with the former neighborhood cinema, “Étoile Saint-Germain”. Short and lively, the menu of Michelin-starred chef Mathieu Pacaud offers small applied dishes. In addition to oysters, generous plates of charcuterie and large sandwiches to share, you will have the choice between fresh fish or meat. Very nicely arranged on the plates.
