The Grand Mazarin hotel unveils the new Sunday brunch at its Boubalé restaurant. An unexpected and endearing place to live where everything comes together to enjoy a unique Parisian culinary experience.

In the historic Marais district, nestled at the corner of rue des Archives and rue de la Verrerie, is Boubale. Also located a few steps from the BHV, this restaurant Grand Mazarin is the first Parisian address of Maisons Pariente. Its location is truly perfect for spending a day of indulgence and Shopping in the heart of the capital.

Under the direction of Israeli star chef Assaf Granit, Boubalé unveils a symphony of taste. The cuisine pays homage to his childhood memories, his Ashkenazi heritage but also the family traditions that marked his journey. Each dish at Boubalé is an invitation to travel. Here, generosity reigns supreme. It transports guests on a memorable gastronomic experience to the streets of Jerusalem.

Every Sunday, the Boubalé Brunch unveils a sumptuous buffet of savory and sweet delights which awaken the taste buds of adults and children alike. At the counter, find a tempting selection of fresh products as well as Ashkenazi specialties. For example, the traditional schnitzel. A breaded chicken cutlet.

Or the chopped liver and coleslaw. The irresistible scent of pastries just out of the oven invites you to discover the Ashkenazi pastry creations from the Chef, true gourmet sins to savor without moderation!

To accompany this feast, Itamar Gargi, Executive Chef of the restaurant, also offers an exquisite selection of à la carte dishes, including Borekas must-sees, eggs Benedict and a divinely prepared burger. For lovers of sweets, the exquisite and pancakes infinitely soft promise a unforgettable taste experience.

Sunday brunch – €72 per person and €36 per child (5-12 years old) – free under 5 years old.

Boubalé Brunch

Once a month, Boubalé invites participants to immerse themselves in the cultural excitement of Paris through creative workshops in partnership with “Macha’s Workshops”. Thus, these workshops, specially designed for children, offer an artistic and fun experience, with activities such as painting and gluing. They aim to stimulate their creativity as well as their imagination!

Here are the next dates of the “Macha Workshops”: March 24, April 25, May 28, June 16, September 22, October 20, November 17 and December 15.
