For great gourmets: Saint-Germain at Lutetia

Regulars of starred tables and others demanding gourmets, we recommend the restaurant of the only palace on the left bank: the Saint-Germain in Lutetia. For Valentine's Day, the Chief Benjamin Brial concocted an exceptional menu including a glass of champagne, before moving on to a half-cooked foie gras, a langoustine bathed in a light bisque with coconut milk and lime, a delicious scallop roasted in semi-salted butter and finally the Poultry from the Cour d'Armoise (in puff pastry, pontoise cabbage, black truffle and pearl juice). To end on a sweet note, the establishment offers the 'Red rose', a baba infused with pomegranate extract, vanilla mousse, rose jelly & pomegranate sorbet... Exquisite dishes to enjoy under the artsy canopy of the restaurant. For a most successful romantic dinner, it is definitely at Saint-Germain that you have to go!

For lovers of fine poultry (and truffles): Le Coq Rico

On the occasion of Valentine's Day, Antoine Westerman concocted a special menu where the black Diamond will be in the spotlight, from appetizer to dessert. On this special day, the treasures of the barnyard that we taste at Coq Rico, will exhale an intense and refined flavor through this marriage with the Melanosporum truffle from Vaucluse. Carefully selected by the Chef in his stronghold, Grignan, this nugget will offer itself to you in its full season and its full aroma.

A la carte: chicken cream, boiled egg or pie as starters. Then, to continue, you will have the choice between the roast quarter of challans, the poule au pot or the tasty Risotto. To finish, fresh truffle ice cream or dark chocolate mousse and grapefruit marmalade – the only dish without truffles on the menu! – for those who will no longer be able to take this culinary orgy around this exceptional product. The meal can of course be accompanied by delicious wines chosen by the head sommelier... At Le Coq Rico, the Valentine's Day menu will give lovers wings and is sure to delight truffle lovers!
