The quasi veal stuffed with mushrooms, accompanied by baby potatoes, meanwhile, will delight meat lovers. Ultimate novelty driven by the Executive Chef Damien Guerin and his brigade, the map now displays products BIO and a exceptional caviar.
Even if at this stage of the meal, we are already well satisfied, skipping the dessert would be a big mistake. Between the Yuzu cream and Vegan-style coconut milk, the duo of chocolate and pistachio ganaches on "arlette" and the wonderful apple, it's impossible to choose!

A warm atmosphere
When the light dims, the piano launches and, from a corner of the room, a well-known tune emerges: Carmen, Don Giovanni, Tosca, The Magic Flute, La Bohème... In addition to the quality of songs, gaiety and the proximity of the singers surprise us, creating a real emotion, and it continues like this every 15 minutes: the tenors, soprano, baritone and mezzo take turns to offer us a breathtaking performance. Dressed in waiter costumes, these Conservatory students mingle with the service and bring the show into the room, transporting us directly on stage for an evening out of time.
In a very atmosphere warm, the house highlights the proximity and the partage of a passion. These outstanding singers even pass between the tables to answer questions, inquire about the well-being of customers or even offer a glass of prosecco so as to toast with the whole room!
