Housed in a former church in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, Coya is an immersive experience, a true celebration of vibrant South American culture.

She was a hit in London and Monaco for years, so it's no surprise that she finally lands in France! With its wow decoration, its colorful artwork on the walls and the music of his own label, Coya embarks on a multi-sensory journey from the first moments. Since its inauguration, the peruvian canteen the most fashionable of the moment is often sold out and we understand why!

Starting with the marvelous cuisine of the Chief Sanjay Dwivedi. Thanks to open kitchens, we feast our eyes on seeing him prepare small delights: tacos, baos, patatas bravas, sesame eggplant, ceviches... The menu is inspired by traditional Peruvian dishes, mixing the flavors of Japanese, Chinese and Spanish influences for a truly amazing dining experience. Delicious dishes to peck and share in a really friendly atmosphere!

And that's not all... Hiding upstairs, we discover a superb 'pisco-bar'Perfect for catching up on a date or simply for partying on South American electro sounds. Behind the bar, the mixologist Sany Bacsi is at your disposal to create the cocktail of your dreams! And for small appetites, you can always opt for signature tapas to share.
