When it comes to programming, the Wellness Galerie thinks big. You can enjoy sports lessons outside. Indeed, in collaboration with the gym The Source, you can let off steam in an outdoor gym with a unique experience on the program for bootcamp and cardio-boxing enthusiasts... For the more adventurous, Akim coach from La Source awaits you with "The Killer", 100% power training. That's not all ! On the terrace of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann, vou can also discover an ephemeral studio with a panoramic view of Paris. Anatomik will be waiting for you there to practice yoga, pilates, meditation...
