After his victory in the season 11 of Top Chef, David Gallienne takes on a new challenge by opening Label Brooch Asked New Gourmet Tables. The chef of the Jardin des Plumes restaurant in Giverny, Normandy, aims to delight the taste buds of gourmets while contributing to the promotion of French cuisine in Paris. With this first Parisian address, David Galliennhe wishes to pass on his passion for French rotisserie.

When you walk through the doors of Label Brooch, you instantly enter a space dedicated to sharing quality delicacies. A restaurant designed to combine taste pleasures, modernity, sophistication and friendliness. The installation within the Galeries Lafayette le Gourmet is of great importance for David Gallienne. He welcomes this new stage in his career with pride. He is thus preparing to deploy all his French culinary know-how, while continuing to welcome an international clientele… As is the case in his restaurant Le jardin des Plumes in Giverny.

Passionate Sunday roast chicken, David Gallienne wanted to share this experience which appeals to all generations, also transcending religious differences. Furthermore, its cuisine is a vibrant tribute to his grandparents. A way for him to perpetuate the family heritage through one gastronomy at a time generous et comforting. Worthy of the dishes once prepared by his dear grandmother! Inasmuch as talented and creative chef, it thus creates a unique culinary experience. Everything to delight the guests’ taste buds !

For this special occasion, David Gallienne created an exceptional card, skillfully merging flavors and textures. On the menu, dishes such as the unmissable roast chicken, the delicious pork shank, the lamb shank or the succulent dauphinois gratin accompanied by new potatoes. And for dessert, go for the tasty Normandy Teurgoule or the exquisite apricot tart. These dishes are distinguished by their generosity, and every detail is carefully taken into account.

Label Broche welcomes you 7 days a week at Nouvelles Tables du Gourmet, Paris 7th. Hours: Monday-Saturday from 9:9 a.m. to 30:21 p.m. and Sunday from 30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
