As the end-of-year holidays approach, Le Bristol Paris is transformed into a true gourmet paradise. It offers a symphony of exquisite flavors to amaze the finest palates. Famous for its culinary excellence, the establishment unveils an assortment of festive delicacies. Each will elevate the celebrations to a new gastronomic level.

The Yule Log

Starting with the log! For these end-of-year celebrations, the Bristol Paris is offering the first log of pastry chef Yu Tanaka. A definitively sublime creation, which sums up the talent and mastery of the chef. Dressed all in red, this gourmet piece surprises with its color and flavors.
Cookies and almond mousse, meringue, and grapefruit gel with candied rose petals create this perfect balance. Both refreshing and comforting, for a timeless moment.

The Ateliers du Bristol Grocery Store

The Bristol Paris offers two gourmet boxes to discover in the Ateliers du Bristol grocery store. These treasure boxes are full of delights directly from the Ateliers du Bristol. Foie gras, candied chestnuts, living bread, stollen, the baskets are generously stocked by the grocer.
Two boxes are available: “Christmas in Paris” and “Sweet Epicerie” to meet everyone’s gourmet preferences.
To discover them, simply place an order from the Épicerie des Ateliers du Bristol and via Click & Collect. From December 4, 2023 to January 7, 2024, from €199.

Gastronomy in celebration

The gourmet restaurants at Bristol Paris are also going into party mode. From the 114 Faubourg restaurant to the Epicure restaurant, chef Éric Frechon reinvents the great classics. The white truffle is discovered in parmesan ravioli, and the Bresse poultry is adorned with an almond and chestnut crust. Original isn’t it? And that's not all. Rosé Champagne becomes a dessert with rose petals and violet meringue. The magic of the holidays hit hard.
All party menus are available on the Bristol Paris website.
