After several months of renovation, it is in September 2023 that the legendary Laurent restaurant has reopened its doors to the public, in the gardens of the Champs-Élysées. A true institution born in the middle of the 2022th century, this essential address joined the Paris Society group in XNUMX, thus marking the start of a new era, with Laurent de Gourcuff at the helm. The moment that many have been waiting for has finally arrived! The iconic restaurant on rue Royale, Maxim's, has reopened its doors. After the Laurent restaurant, Paris Society and Laurent de Gourcuff have reopened the doors of another historic address, and certainly the most famous of Parisian addresses. Maxim’s is this restaurant that is both elegant and festive, known at the time as the mecca for social evenings. Already 130 years old, the address has given itself the mission of rediscovering its aura of yesteryear and making the restaurant shine through its fine cuisine. 

And speaking of cuisine, here again it is the classics of French gastronomy which have a monopoly, from frog legs to cheese soufflé, including a good American-style lobster. On the sweet side, it’s Yann Couvreur who creates the desserts.
