Boulogne-Billancourt is preparing to see the birth of a cultural district on Île Seguin, an 11-hectare island, which will include a 5 m000 art center. A particularly pleasing announcement for art lovers!

7 years after the opening of the Musical Seine, Île Seguin is preparing to unveil a new project designed since 2017 by the Emerige real estate group. Indeed, the upstream point continues its renewal with the creation of a exceptional cultural district, offering a unique experience!

Entitled “La Pointe des Arts Île Seguin”This cultural district of 53 m², whose inauguration is planned for 2025/2026, will include a Pathé cinema. But also a 4-star hotel with 221 rooms, shops, offices and restaurants... And the icing on the cake, it will house a 5 m² art center!

An island of art designed for all tastes

Seguin Island

Pointe des Arts Île Seguin will unveil a rich cultural and artistic program. It will include a spectacular room dedicated to contemporary creation, a boutique-bookstore, a bar, as well as' a panoramic terrace of 1 m².

In addition, a Pathé cinema new generation of 5 m² will offer eight rooms equipped with the latest technologies, including an IMAX theater. IMAX is the contraction of “maximum image”, this technique offers an immersive projection which leads you to forget the limits of the screen.

Seguin Island

Furthermore, the artistic journey, through the 3,5 hectares of park and wooded spaces designed by the landscaper Michel Desvigne, will highlight all the works present on the island. Pointe des Arts Île Seguin will also offer a unique perspective on working in an island environment.

With 20 m² of offices designed to work on the fly, combining connection and disconnection, this experience redefines workspaces. It is also the future location of Emerige's head office, committed to the daily mission of bringing culture closer to those who are far from it.
