With proven delicious flavors tropical, proven tables warm and its resolutely festive atmosphere, the Pastis Brewery is the perfect HQ in the west of Paris. Ideally located on the boulevard Haussmann, sister of brasserie Cezanne, this Book we has since conquered long time. We are therefore particularly happy to learn that Pastis has opened a separate room, La Salle à Manger de Pastis. Perfect for great dinner parties With friends, the birthdays and other celebrations. The card is signed by the Chef Paul Alexandre Laumont. We therefore find his signature dishes, typical of the south: sautéed whole octopus, Scallops a la Provençale or the famous lamb chops with a full-bodied juice and rosemary, perfect for lovers of fine meats. Bloom Sushi

Direction the 17th arrondissement of Paris, where we invite you to discover vegan sushi. Indeed, Bloom Sushi is the first restaurant to offer such dishes. It's hard to resist when you know how much the know-how of Christian Ventura is highlighted here. Renowned chef in the world of vegan gastronomy, he landed in Paris to introduce his cuisine. Its goal ? Preserving ocean biodiversity. And he put all his creativity to propose sushi without fish but also without seafood or products derived from animal exploitation. We had the chance to taste the California Shishito: pádron pepper, grilled spring onions, shichimi, yuzu sauce (8 pieces, 9€) but also the Soba salad (16€). It's a big yes.

Mama's Diner

After Mama Paris West and Mama Paris East, the group Mama Shelter inaugurated its latest: Mama Paris La Defense! Enthroned in the famous business district, this new place to live stands out with several core assets. The one that tops the list is not its rooftop but its restaurant on the ground floor: the Mama's Diner!  Checkered floor, soft benches in shades of pink, colored neon lights, jukebox bright… Here, we immerse ourselves without difficultywarm environment and truly unique American diners from the 50s. A decoration slightly twisted with a few touches on the theme of space exploration. We were thus able to spot constellation curtains, lamps in the shape of rockets and a spatial ceiling… Enough to fly off to the stars. On the menu, it's the diner atmosphere that we find: burgers, nachos, quesadillas, XXL milkshakesPancakes, Mac and cheese, pecan pie and crazy Brownies… A new resolutely retro address that will make you live the american dream.

Thoumieux Brewery

This old Chartier broth, bought in 1923 by Martial Thoumieux, is one of the essential addresses on the right bank. Today, if certain traditional codes of the brewery have been preserved thanks to the stylist Gerard Cholot with red velvet banquettes, Lalique moldings, green lamps, hat rings with brass bars, the decor has also been energized with a resolutely contemporary touch driven by the intervention of M/M graphic designers. On the menu, the typical dishes of the brasserie are brilliantly revisited for a hearty, impeccable and delicious cuisine. The music of Le Thoumieux celebrates the voices of the show. From Aretha Franklin, Billy Paul to Nina Simone. At the end of the week, from 21:30 p.m., place at the piano voice with a musician who sets the brasserie in mood until 2 a.m. What could be better for an evening with friends?
