For more than 40 , the Kaviari house selects at the source the most beautiful caviars and sea products. The grains are refined in its parisian laboratories then packaged in numbered boxes… One box Contains the eggs of the same sturgeon! Thus each box is unique, a real invitation to gastronomy.

Created by Raphael Bouchez et Jacques Nebot, the Kaviari house is a place of life and discovery. Installed in the historic workshops of the house, very close to the Opéra Bastille, the Manufacture Kaviari has been rehabilitated into a modern and warm loft. Every Tuesday and Thursday, tastings are organized by Bruno Higos. Of course, it is also possible to go there to buy seafood, smoked salmon, crab, bottarga… and rarer dishes such as octopus from Palamos or crab from Devon.
