The most exclusive of dinners

Start the year 2024 as exceptionally as we ended 2023. This is certainly the objective that Bristol Paris set itself by unveiling this special offer. The Bristol Paris and the Maison Dom Pérignon indeed offer a new gastronomic experience. A dinner orchestrated by Michelin-starred Chef Eric Frechon and Vincent Chaperon, Dom Pérignon Cellar Chef. And inspired by Dom Pérignon vintages for a food and champagne pairing menu in the Palace garden.
The most exclusive of dinners was born from the meeting between the two men, with complementary talents. Two exceptional houses, two unique know-how: the perfect equation.

An exceptional setting

It is in the heart of the Bristol garden that (up to) 6 initiates can take a seat in a mirror case. A contemporary structure, specially designed for this unique moment.
The experience allows guests, thanks to one-way mirrors, to see without being seen. And above all, to enjoy a privileged scene in a small group.
Dinner begins in a private bar, where glasses of exceptional vintages are served, usually offered in bottles. The whole evening then gives way to a precise and perfectly tuned dialogue. The one between the exceptional dishes of Éric Frechon, and the exceptional Dom Pérignon vintages.
