Le starred chef Alan Geaam has once again dazzled the Parisian culinary scene by unveiling its latest masterpiece. Qasti Green, an entirely vegetarian Lebanese restaurant nestled in the heart of rue des Jeûneurs. Inspired by the memories of his childhood in Lebanese markets. Alan Geaam created a vegetable ode through every detail of this new establishment. From shawarma to chiche barak, favorite Lebanese classics are reinterpreted with a bold vegetarian twist.

This new opening is in line with the Chef's previous successes. With the constant desire to revive his childhood memories in the markets of Lebanon. Qasti Green thus becomes the new chapter in this culinary story. A true celebration of plants that extends from the walls to the ceiling to each deliciously prepared plate.

In collaboration with his niece, Zeinab Hachem, trained for 5 years by the chef himself. The Chef imagined a vegetarian cuisine joyful and friendly, uniting tradition and creativity. At Qasti Green, diners can expect gastronomic experience like at home. Where each dish tells a story of Lebanese flavors revisited with passion.

The Qasti Green menu highlights the vegetarian mezze, such as fresh labneh with Kalamata olives with fried kale, Or the fatayers with spinach and pine nuts. The emblematic dishes of Lebanese cuisine undergo a vegetarian transformation. With celery, mushroom and halloumi shawarma, pumpkin, spinach or beetroot kebbeh. And balls of lentils, almonds, bulgur and vegetables flavored with kofta spices.
