Like every year, the pastry chefs compete in creativity to unveil sublime chocolate creations, each more original than the next. Paris Select presents those not to be missed for this Easter, which will be celebrated on Sunday April 4th… Gourmets will be delighted!

Palace eggs

Angelo Musa & Alexandre Dufeu at the Plaza Athénée

The composition : A perfectly balanced blend of milk chocolate from Madagascar, Grand Cru dark chocolate from Venezuela, and embellished with homemade roasted almond-hazelnut praline.
The : 90 €.
WE love : A “play of pleats” that pays homage to the haute couture heritage of the famous palace.

Jimmy Mornet at the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme

The composition : The 26 cm egg is made of 64% dark chocolate.
The : 80 €.
WE love : Its pretty Alphonso mango shape (an Indian variety) and its exotic colors in yellow, green and red tones.

Nicolas Guercio at the Lutetia 

The composition : Egg in black manjari for the “Collection egg” in the shape of a racing car and black manjari, filled with almond hazelnut praline, fleur de sel and whole hazelnuts for the “Classic egg”.                              
The : 285€ for the racing car and 85€ for the driver of the small racing car. 
WE love : The pretty tribute to the world of the automobile echoing the crazy trips of the time to Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
